Pulse · voice to-do list

Brain dump out loud. Get it all sorted.

Say everything on your mind, in Hindi, Hinglish, English or 20 more Indian languages. Pulse turns it into tasks, reminders, calendar events, habits and expenses while you talk. You review them, then add them all in one tap.

Works in your browser on phone or laptop. Nothing to download.

01How it works

Talk first. Organise never.

Most to-do apps want you to fill in a form for each thing. Pulse lets you say it all in one go, in whatever order it comes to you.

  1. 1

    Tap Pulse

Open it from the sidebar or your dashboard, or press Alt+P. Pick the language you'll speak.

  2. 2

    Say everything

Ramble, jump between topics, change your mind. Drafts appear as you speak, and a soft sound lets you know one was added, so you don't have to watch the screen.

  3. 3

    Review and add

Fix a date, change a reminder into an event, drop what you don't need. Then add everything in one tap.

02What it understands

One sentence, six kinds of things

Pulse works out what each thing you mention is, and fills in the details you gave.

Tasks

Things to get done, with a due date when you give one. Say it's important and it's marked high priority.

Mehta ko invoice bhejna hai, important hai

Reminders

A nudge at a set time, once or on repeat. "Kal", "parso" and "shaam 6" all work.

Kal subah 7 baje gym ka reminder laga do

Events

Appointments, meetings and classes go on your calendar, with how long they last.

Wednesday 4 baje dentist, aadha ghanta

Habits

Routines you want to keep up, with how often: 8 glasses a day, or the gym 3 times a week.

Roz 8 glass paani peena hai

Spends and income

Money you've spent or received, with the amount and a category from your own list.

Chai pe 40 rupaye kharch kiye

Changes of mind

Correct yourself mid-sentence or drop something, the way you would with a person.

Nahi, dentist Thursday ko hai. Gym wala hata do

03Made for how you think

For heads that are always full

A brain dump works best when you don't stop to sort. If your thoughts jump from a work deadline to groceries to a friend's birthday, keep going: Pulse follows along. People who find to-do lists hard to keep up with, including many with ADHD, use brain dumps for exactly this.

Nothing is saved by surprise

Everything stays a draft until you add it, so you can think out loud without cluttering your lists.

Your audio stays private

It's turned into text as you speak and never stored. Only the items you add are saved.

Can't talk right now?

Type into the same box instead. Pulse sorts typed text the same way.

Everything in one place

What you add lands in Ultra Instinct's tasks, calendar, habits and money pages, ready for reminders and check-ins.

04Questions

Pulse, answered

What is a brain dump?

Getting everything that's on your mind out of your head, without sorting it first: the call you need to make, the bill that's due, the habit you want to start. Pulse lets you do it out loud and does the sorting for you.

Is Pulse a voice to-do list?

Yes, and more. Everything you say becomes a draft: a task, a reminder, a calendar event, a habit or a money entry. You check the drafts, fix anything, and add them all at once.

Which languages can I speak?

Hindi, English and Hinglish, plus Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Urdu and more: 22 languages in all. Mix languages the way you normally talk.

Do I have to speak in a special way?

No. There are no commands to learn. Talk like you would to a friend, pause, go back and change things. Say "bas itna hi" or tap Done when you've finished.

What if Pulse gets something wrong?

Nothing is saved until you tap Add. Every draft can be edited first: the title, type, date, time, priority, how often a habit repeats, or the amount. You can also remove a draft, or keep talking to add more.

Is my voice recorded?

No. Your audio is streamed to speech recognition to turn it into words and is never stored. Only the items you choose to add are saved to your account.

Can I type instead of speaking?

Yes. If you can't talk right now, type into the same box and Pulse sorts your text the same way.

How long can I talk?

Up to 5 minutes in one go. When you're reviewing, tap "Keep talking" to add more to the same list.

Is Pulse free?

Pulse uses your voice typing time. The free Get Started plan includes 1 hour of voice typing a month, and Unlock Ultra Instinct removes the limit. During early access you can try everything free for a month.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Ultra Instinct runs in the browser on Android, iPhone and laptops, so there's nothing to install. Allow the microphone when your browser asks.
